Some of the most popular portions of the Martínez bar are grilled tenderloin with homemade fried potatoes, "Martinez" stewed mushrooms, homemade tripe, mushroom scrambled eggs, squid, and octopus, which is offered in two different ways: Galizian way and in vinaigrette.
